Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, CPT Markets Ltd, its directors, employees, and liquidity providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

6

Platform Use, Orders & Single-Queue Execution

CPT Markets operates an ultra-low latency Straight-Through Processing (STP) routing engine. To preserve execution integrity during hyper-volatile economic events, client orders are processed through a Single-Order Queue:

  • Orders are executed strictly on a first-in, first-out sequence at prevailing liquidity provider prices.
  • Simultaneous automated order flooding (e.g. sub-second spam scripts) may be throttled to safeguard server stability for all market participants.
  • Market orders are filled at the best available bid/ask quote; in fast markets, this may result in positive or negative slippage.
7

Prohibited Trading Abuses & Toxic Flow

CPT Markets strictly prohibits unfair, manipulative, or abusive trading tactics, including but not limited to:

  • Latency Arbitrage: Exploiting discrepancies between delayed price feeds and underlying market liquidity.
  • Price Feeding Glitches: Capitalizing on erroneous quotes, hardware delays, or non-market quotes.
  • Wash Trading & Hedging Across Abusive Accounts: Coordinating opposing positions across multiple client accounts to game promotional bonuses or margin incentives.
CPT Markets reserves the absolute right to cancel abusive trades, adjust account equity to reflect legitimate market prices, and terminate accounts engaging in toxic order flow.
8

Amendments to Terms & Notifications

CPT Markets Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of significant amendments will be communicated via email, portal alerts, or published updates on this web page. Continued trading following notice constitutes full acceptance of the amended terms.

9

Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

These Terms and all contractual relations between you and CPT Markets Ltd shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this contract shall be submitted first to informal dispute resolution via our Compliance Desk, and if unresolved within 30 days, referred to binding international arbitration.

10

Settlement of Transactions & Capital Holds

In accordance with institutional clearing practices, capital withdrawals, bonus profit disbursements, and dispute reconciliations are processed within standard operational settlement timeframes.

21-Day Settlement Window: Under circumstances involving comprehensive risk assessments, third-party payment provider audits, or compliance verifications, CPT Markets reserves the right to apply a holding period of up to twenty-one (21) calendar days to settle transactions and clear balances securely.
